Hung Pham is one of Australia’s most respected and recognised figures in the pageant industry, with more than a decade of experience spanning national and international pageantry. As the Founder and Executive Director of Miss of Australia and the National Director of Miss Charm Australia, Hung has built a reputation for developing delegates, creating opportunities, and elevating Australian representatives onto the global stage.

Since beginning his pageant journey in 2014, Hung has become one of the few male National Directors in Australia, earning widespread respect for his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. His vision has helped shape the careers of countless titleholders, many of whom have gone on to achieve success at prestigious international competitions.

 

Throughout his career, Hung has held the Australian licences for several international pageant systems, including Miss Charm Australia, Miss Peace Australia, Miss Royalty International Australia, Ultimate International Miss Australia, and Miss Cosmo Australia. His experience working alongside international organisations has provided him with a deep understanding of the global pageant industry and the standards required to prepare delegates for international competition.
